College ID Card Printing: what you get

PVC ID cards for a college, printed with the names, photos and details you give us. We print them as you send them. Each order is made for you, so the price depends on the card shape and quantity, and we quote it after you send the details.

What a student ID card usually carries

• College name and logo.
• Student name, photo and roll or enrolment number.
• Course or department, and the year or session, for example 2026-27.
• Blood group and a phone number, if the college wants them.
• On the back: the college address, the library or office contact and a return-if-found line.

Collecting student photos

Ask every student for a passport-style photo against a plain background, in the same shape and size. Save each photo with the student’s roll number as its file name, so the photo matches the list. Photos taken sideways or from far away are hard to fit inside a small card photo box.

Put the session on the card

If the card carries a session or validity, say so in the design, so that you can tell at a glance which cards are current. Many colleges use the ID card for library, bus and exam entry, but that is decided by your college, not by us.

How to order

2. We tell you the price and time for your order. The price depends on the shape and quantity.
3. We print your cards and ship them by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your cards to your WhatsApp number.

Payment, cancellation and support

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is made for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your cards arrive damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint them for free.
