Haryana Driving Licence PVC Card: what you get
A PVC print of your driving licence, made from the file you upload. We print it as it is. We do not edit, correct or change any detail. We are not the transport department and we do not issue or change documents. This is a convenience copy of your own licence. It is not a new, renewed or duplicate licence.
Get your Haryana licence file from an official source
The Tribune reported on 9 October 2020 that the Haryana Chief Minister’s flying squad uncovered a racket in Panipat in which agents allegedly prepared registration certificates, driving licences and permits for higher fees, and that police arrested two agents and seized documents from their shops. The report is old and concerns one case, but the lesson is simple: take the file you upload from your own DigiLocker or Parivahan account, not from an agent. If a licence file did not come from an official source, we cannot tell, because we print what you send and do not check documents.
Licences issued in Haryana usually begin with the state code HR, followed by the RTO code, the year of issue and a serial number. Check that the whole number on your file is clear and complete.
Which file gives the best print?
- A DigiLocker or mParivahan PDF (best). It keeps the text, photo and QR code sharp at card size.
- A flat scan of your licence. Use 300 dpi or higher with all four edges visible. At card size that is about 1011 x 638 pixels.
- Not a screenshot or an angled phone photo. Glare and tilt cannot be removed, and we do not retouch files.
Applying or renewing?
We print the licence you already hold. We do not take applications, renewals, duplicate requests or status checks. Do those on the Parivahan Sarathi portal or at your Haryana RTO. Once your licence is issued or renewed, upload the new file and we will print it.
Check these before you order
- We do not print on chip cards. If your licence has a chip, only the chip image is printed.
- Read the name, date of birth, licence number and vehicle classes on your file against your original. We cannot correct a mistake after printing.
- A printed card is a convenience copy. Ask whoever needs to see it what they will accept, and keep the original or your digital copy as well.
