Odisha Driving Licence (DL) PVC Card (Smart Card) print

Odisha Driving Licence PVC Card: what you get

A PVC print of your Odisha driving licence, made from the file you upload. We print it as it is. We do not edit, correct or change any detail. We are not the Odisha Motor Vehicle Department and we do not issue or renew licences. This is a convenience copy of your own licence. It is not a new, renewed or duplicate licence.

Odisha e-licences at traffic checks

On 6 September 2019 the Twin City Police Commissioner said that electronic driving licences on a mobile phone would be treated at par with originals during traffic checks in Odisha, as reported by Orissa Post. These documents are fetched through DigiLocker. Rules can change, so confirm the current position with the Odisha transport authorities. A PVC card is for people who prefer a card in the wallet.

Applying or booking a slot?

We print licences. We do not take driving licence applications or test slot bookings. Apply, book a slot or renew on the Parivahan Sarathi portal or at your RTO, then upload the licence once it is issued.

Check these before you order

• A clear, complete file gives a clear print. Blurry or cropped files print blurry or cropped.
• We do not print on chip cards. If your licence has a chip, only the chip image is printed.
• Read the name, date of birth, licence number and vehicle classes on your file against your original. We cannot correct a mistake after printing.
• A DigiLocker or mParivahan PDF prints sharpest. For a scan, use 300 dpi or higher (about 1011 x 638 pixels at card size) with all four edges visible.

How to order

1. Keep a clear scan, photocopy or DigiLocker PDF of your driving licence.
2. Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
3. We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.
