CGHS Card PVC Card: what you get

A PVC print of your CGHS card (Central Government Health Scheme card), made from the file you upload. We print it as it is. We do not edit, correct or change any detail. We are not CGHS and we do not issue or change cards. This is a convenience copy. It does not replace the card issued to you, and whether a wellness centre or hospital accepts a printed copy is for them to decide, so ask them first.

About the CGHS card

CGHS issues serving government employees, eligible pensioners and their eligible dependents an individual photo ID card that carries a unique beneficiary ID, called the Ben ID. The eCGHS card is the electronic version of that card.

How to download your eCGHS card

1. Open the Beneficiary Login on the CGHS website and sign in with your Ben ID and password.
2. Request the card for the beneficiary you need and enter the one-time password sent to your registered mobile number.
3. Download the eCGHS card as a PDF.

These steps follow the guidance published in September 2024. Portal menus can change, so follow the wording on the screen. We do not enrol beneficiaries or replace lost cards.

Check these before you order

• Read the beneficiary name and Ben ID on your file against your original. We cannot correct a mistake after printing.
• Upload the original file, not a photo of a screen. A PDF downloaded from the official portal prints sharpest.

How to order

1. Download your eCGHS card PDF as shown above, or keep a clear file of your card.
2. Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
3. We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.

Payment, cancellation and support

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is printed for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint it for free.
