Frequently asked questions
What do you print?
We print PVC cards from the PDFs and files you send us, for example Voter ID, PAN, driving licence, RC, ration card, Ayushman and ABHA cards, and custom ID cards. Other options such as school or employee ID cards and RFID or NFC cards are made to order, so please message us first.
Are you the issuing authority?
No. We do not issue or edit any government document. We print a PVC copy of the file you provide, without changing its content.
What size are the cards?
Standard card size, 85.60 x 53.98 mm.
How do I order?
- Open the product page and upload your file.
- Add to cart and pay online. We do not offer cash on delivery.
- We print the card, which usually takes about 72 hours, and try to dispatch the same day printing finishes.
How is the card delivered and tracked?
We recommend and normally use Speed Post. DTDC courier is possible on request where it works for your area. When we dispatch, we send the tracking number and photos of your card on your WhatsApp number. Delivery time depends on your location.
What does it cost?
The price is on each product page. For made-to-order cards, such as special shapes, finishes or larger quantities, the price depends on your request and may change, so message us first.
Can I cancel or get a reprint?
You can cancel only before printing starts. If there is a printing mistake, ask for a reprint within 7 days of delivery. See our return, refund and cancellation policy.
