PVC ID Card: what you get

A PVC ID card printed to your requirement, for example an employee, student or membership ID. The name, photo and details on the card are the ones you give us. We print them as you send them. Each order is made for you, so the price depends on the card shape and the quantity, and we quote it after you send the details. We print ID cards for your own organisation only. We do not print cards that imitate a government, police, defence or other official ID.

Choosing the right ID card

• Employee ID: name, designation, employee number and a photo. Add the company logo and, on the back, a return address or helpline.
• Student ID: name, class or course, roll number and a photo. A school or college name and a valid-for-year line are common.
• Membership ID: name, membership type, member number and a photo if you want one. Add your club or association logo.

For larger groups with one design and many names, a corporate, college or staff page below may suit you better.

What to send us

• Your logo as a PDF or high-resolution PNG, or a finished design if you already have one.
• The text for each card, and a clear front-facing photo on a plain background for each person.
• The card shape, the number of cards, and anything you want on the back. Tell us on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is possible.

Get a sharp print

• Send originals, not screenshots. On WhatsApp, use the Document option so the picture is not compressed.
• For a standard card, 300 dpi means about 1011 x 638 pixels. Small logos stretched larger will look blurry.
• Leave a small margin around the text so nothing is trimmed at the edge.
• Proofread every name and number. We print what you send and cannot correct a mistake after printing.

How to order

1. Message us on WhatsApp +91 92846 08837 with what you need: the details or design, the card shape and how many cards.
2. We tell you the price and time for your order. The price depends on the shape and quantity.
3. We print your card and ship it by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.

Payment, cancellation and support

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is made for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your cards arrive damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint them for free.
