Covid-19 Vaccine Certificate PVC Card: what you get

A PVC print of your Covid-19 vaccination certificate, made from the PDF you upload. Your details and QR code are printed as they appear in your certificate. We are not the Ministry of Health and we do not issue or change certificates. This is a convenience copy of your own certificate.

Make the QR code print well

Your certificate carries a QR code. A QR code only helps if it still scans after printing, so upload the original PDF, not a screenshot. Before you order, open the PDF on your phone and scan the QR code from another phone to see that it reads. If it does not read on screen, it will not read on the card.

Download a fresh certificate

Download the certificate again just before ordering, so the file shows the latest details. Rules for asking for Covid certificates differ by place and have changed over time, so check whether the place you are going to asks for one and in what form.

Check these before you order

• Read your name, the dates and the vaccine details on your file against your original. We cannot correct a mistake after printing.
• If a detail is wrong, correct it on the official portal first and download a new certificate.
• A printed card is a convenience copy. Ask whoever needs to see it what they will accept, and keep the original or your digital copy as well.

How to order

1. Download your certificate PDF from CoWIN: sign in with your registered mobile number and OTP, then download the certificate.
2. Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
3. We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is made for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint it for free.
