Corporate ID Card Printing: what you get

PVC ID cards for your company, printed with the names, photos, logo and details you give us. We print them as you send them. Each order is made for you, so the price depends on the card shape and quantity, and we quote it after you send the details.

Get the logo right

• Send the logo as a PDF or a high-resolution PNG. A small logo copied from a website will look soft on a card.
• Tell us your brand colours. If you have the colour codes, send them.
• Tell us whether the logo goes on the front, the back or both.

Different cards for different people

Many companies print employees, contractors and visitors on different cards, or use a different colour band for each department. Send the design you want for each group and the number of cards for each. All cards in one order should keep the same layout so they look like one family.

Several branches

If you have more than one office, send one list for each branch, with the branch name. Keep the same design file for every branch, and reuse it when you reorder later.

How to order

2. We tell you the price and time for your order. The price depends on the shape and quantity.
3. We print your cards and ship them by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your cards to your WhatsApp number.

Payment, cancellation and support

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is made for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your cards arrive damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint them for free.
