About the Jan Aadhaar card

Jan Aadhaar is Rajasthan’s family identity card, built on the idea of one number, one card and one identity. It is issued by the Rajasthan Jan Aadhaar Authority under the Rajasthan Jan Aadhaar Authority Act, 2020. A household has a 10-digit family ID, and each member has an 11-digit ID. It is used to check eligibility for state schemes and to pay benefits into the family’s bank account.

Getting your e-card

Log in with your SSO ID on the Jan Aadhaar portal or app, or visit an e-Mitra kiosk. Choose the e-card option, complete Aadhaar OTP authentication and download the PDF. Portal steps can change, so follow the wording on the screen. Open the file and check it before you upload it.

Check these before you order

• Read the head of family and member names and the Jan Aadhaar number on your file against your original. We cannot correct a mistake after printing.
• Upload the original file, not a photo of a screen. A PDF downloaded from the official portal prints sharpest.

How to order

1. Keep a clear file of your Jan Aadhaar e-card, for example the PDF you downloaded from the official portal.
2. Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
3. We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is printed for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy.
