By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of them, you must not use this website.
Ordering and Payment 1.1 Customers must submit original files for printing, which should not contain fraudulent or inappropriate data. We reserve the right to refuse to print any files that we deem inappropriate or fraudulent.
1.2 Customers must pay for printing services at the time of order placement. We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as online payment methods.
1.3 Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it. However, customers may replace the file within an hour of placing the order.
Printing and Delivery 2.1 We will print and deliver the order to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process.
2.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the address provided for delivery. We will not be held responsible for any delivery delays or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
2.3 Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will do our best to deliver the order within the estimated timeframe.
2.4 Once an order is received, we require three (3) working days for printing. After printing, we will share proof of service and tracking details only on the registered WhatsApp number. After dispatch, delivery time will be as per the shipping companyโs timeline.
2.5 Alternate Courier Service
If a customer selects DTDC Courier as the shipping method but the destination PIN code is found to be non-serviceable by DTDC, pvccardprinting.in reserves the right to dispatch the order through India Post Speed Post or any other suitable courier service to ensure successful delivery.
In such cases, no refund, adjustment, or reimbursement of the difference in shipping charges will be provided, as the alternate courier service is used solely to complete the delivery of the order.
The customer agrees to this alternate shipping arrangement at the time of placing the order.
Refunds and Returns 3.1 We do not offer refunds or returns on any printed materials due to the custom nature of the products we provide.
3.2 If an error is made on our part, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue and reprint the order if necessary.
Intellectual Property 4.1 Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use the images, logos, and other content included in their files.
4.2 We reserve the right to refuse to print any materials that we believe infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
Changes to Terms and Conditions 5.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Customers should review these terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes.
5.2 By continuing to use the website after any modifications are made, customers accept and agree to the modified terms and conditions.
Order Returns 6.1 In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges again for the order to be reshipped.
6.2 We will notify the customer if an order has been returned to us and provide instructions on how to proceed with reshipping the order.
6.3 If a customer chooses not to reship the order, we will not be responsible for any refund or compensation for the order.

7.1 By using pvccardprinting.in, customers agree that they will only upload and use files that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use.
7.2 Customers agree to indemnify and hold pvccardprinting.in, its employees, affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from the use of files that infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
7.3 pvccardprinting.in reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the use of the website at any time without notice.
7.4 By using the website, customers agree to indemnify and hold pvccardprinting.in, its employees, affiliates, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from the use of the website.
7.5 These terms and conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to the use of pvccardprinting.in shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
7.6 Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yavatmal, Maharashtra, India.
Print Policy 8.1 At pvccardprinting.in, we only print the files that customers submit. We do not edit or modify the files in any way.
8.2 Customers are responsible for the content of the files they submit for printing. pvccardprinting.in will not be held liable for any illegal or unauthorized use of the printed cards or documents.
8.3 If a customer submits a photocopy or a low-quality file, we will print the file as it is. We will only repair and clean the document to the extent possible without editing or altering any information.
8.4 pvccardprinting.in reserves the right to refuse to print any file that contains inappropriate or fraudulent data.
8.5 By submitting a file for printing, the customer certifies that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use the content in the file and that the use of the content does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
8.6 pvccardprinting.in is not responsible for any legal activity or consequences that may arise from the use of the printed cards or documents.
8.7 We are a printing service provider. Whatever document is uploaded by the customer will be printed by us as-is on a pvc card. While we may display sample product images on the website, the final print will be based entirely on the file uploaded by the customer, not on the sample image.

9.1 Bundle Offer Structure: When you place an order for PVC cards or related products, you are purchasing a bundle package. The primary paid item in this bundle is “Kids Drawing Practice Sheet” (0% GST item, โน200.00 for 4 units). All PVC cards and other products you select are included in this bundle at no additional cost as complimentary items.
9.2 Pricing and Payment: The customer shall pay โน200.00 for the main product (Kids Drawing Practice Sheets ร 4 units), applicable shipping charges (EMS Speed Post โน80.00 or DTDC โน100.00 as selected), and no additional charges for the included PVC cards or other products. The final order amount shall be displayed at checkout before payment.
9.3 Invoice and Documentation: All items are invoiced together on a single invoice showing the Kids Drawing Practice Sheets as the paid item (โน200.00) and all selected cards as complimentary/included items (โน0.00 each). The invoice shall clearly indicate the bundle nature of the purchase and the non-refundable status of included items.
9.4 GST and Taxation: Goods and Services Tax applies exclusively to the main product (Kids Drawing Practice Sheets) at 0% GST rate. Complimentary items included in the bundle carry no separate GST liability. The total order GST shall be โน0.00. No additional taxes or surcharges apply beyond shipping charges.
9.5 Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Status: The customer acknowledges and agrees that: (a) All complimentary items (PVC cards and other products) included in the bundle are non-returnable and non-refundable; (b) Complimentary items cannot be exchanged for alternative products, cash refunds, or adjustments; (c) Complimentary items cannot be separated or claimed individually from the bundle; (d) No partial refunds or adjustments shall be provided for complimentary items under any circumstance.
9.6 Order Cancellation and Return Policy: If the customer requests cancellation of the order, all bundle items (main product + complimentary items) must be returned together to pvccardprinting.in in original condition. Selective returns of only the main product or only complimentary items are not permitted. Upon receipt and inspection of all returned items, a refund of โน200.00 (main product value only) shall be processed, excluding non-refundable shipping charges.
9.7 Delivery and Shipment: All bundle items (Kids Drawing Practice Sheets + selected PVC cards) shall be shipped together as a single shipment to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout. pvccardprinting.in is not responsible for delivery delays, losses, or damages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9.8 No Hidden Charges or Modifications: The customer acknowledges that: (a) The price shown at checkout (โน200.00 + selected shipping) is the final total; (b) No additional charges, hidden fees, or surcharges shall apply after payment; (c) Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched; (d) Product specifications or quantities cannot be modified after payment.
9.9 Customer Acknowledgment and Acceptance: By clicking “I agree to terms and conditions” checkbox and placing an order, the customer explicitly: (a) Confirms understanding of the bundle offer structure; (b) Accepts that complimentary items are included at no extra cost and are non-returnable; (c) Agrees to return all items (main + complimentary) together if requesting cancellation; (d) Waives any claim for refund or adjustment on complimentary items; (e) Accepts all terms and conditions stated in this section and the complete Terms and Conditions document; (f) Agrees that this acceptance is binding and enforceable.
9.10 Mandatory Acceptance: Completion of purchase is conditional on the customer checking the “I agree to terms and conditions” checkbox. Orders cannot be placed without explicit acceptance of these bundle terms. The customer’s continued use of the website and acceptance of orders constitutes continuous agreement to these terms.
9.11 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this bundle offer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Yavatmal, Maharashtra, India, and shall be governed by the laws of India as stated in Section 7 of these Terms and Conditions.
