  • 1.1 Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our printing services, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. Once your order is placed, it is final.

Refund Policy

  • 2.1 Non-refundable Services: Given the custom nature of our offerings, we do not issue refunds. Should there be a mistake on our part, we are committed to rectifying the error by possibly reprinting the order.

Cancellation Policy

  • 3.1 Order Finalization: Orders are considered final once submitted and cannot be cancelled.
  • 3.2 File Submission Errors: Should there be an error in the file you submitted for printing, you have the opportunity to submit a corrected file within one hour of the original order.
  • 3.3 Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any orders that we suspect contain inappropriate or fraudulent content.
  • 3.4 Cancellations on Our Part: In the rare event a cancellation is necessary due to our error, we will inform you promptly and guide you through the cancellation process.

Additional Information

  • Parcel Returns: In cases where parcels are returned to us by Indian Post services or another partner carrier, the customer will be responsible for covering the reshipping costs.
