Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 10 October 2026. Every card we sell is custom printed for you. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, damaged or misprinted cards, and refunds work. The seller is PVC CARD PRINTING (GSTIN 27CGLPC9904N1ZU). Orders are packed and shipped by DM Incorporation (GSTIN 27ATSPC5905D1ZQ).
1. Cancelling an order
- Before printing starts: you can cancel and receive a full refund. Contact us right away with your order number on WhatsApp +91 92846 08837 or at care@pvccardprinting.in.
- After printing starts: the order cannot be cancelled.
- Mistake in your file: if there is an error in the file or details you submitted, you can send a corrected file within one hour of placing the order.
- Cancellation by us: if we have to cancel your order because of our own error, we will tell you promptly and refund what you paid for that order. We may also cancel orders that we suspect contain inappropriate or fraudulent content.
2. Returns and exchanges
Because each card is made to order with your details, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.
3. Damaged or misprinted cards
If your card arrives damaged, or is misprinted by us, we will reprint it for free and send it to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Send your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video that show the problem.
We print exactly the details you submit, so please check your name, photo and other information carefully before you place your order.
4. Refunds
When a refund is approved, for example for an order cancelled before printing, it goes back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 working days. If you have not received it after that, please contact us with your order number.
5. Parcels returned to us
If a parcel is returned to us by India Post or another carrier, for example because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer pays the cost of shipping it again.
