Care Health Insurance Card PVC Card: what you get

A PVC print of your Care Health Insurance card, made from the file you upload. We print it as it is. We do not edit, correct or change any detail. We are not Care Health Insurance or an insurer and we do not issue or change documents. This is a convenience copy of your own card.

What the card is for

Care Health says in its guide (updated 27 January 2026) that the card shows the insured person’s name, the policy name with the sum insured, the policy number and the support numbers. For cashless treatment at a network hospital, it says you submit a pre-authorisation form and show the card at the hospital’s TPA desk, and that you should carry the card during hospitalisation. The guide says the card works at network hospitals and is needed only when you use cashless treatment.

What a PVC print does not change

A PVC print of your card is a convenience copy. It does not renew, extend or change your policy, and it does not guarantee cashless approval. That is decided by the insurer. The guide also says the expiry date on the card is a reminder to renew your policy, so check the date on your file before you order.

Check these before you order

• Read the policy number, your name and the expiry date on your file against your original.
• Upload the e-card PDF from your insurer, not a photo of a screen. A flat file keeps small text sharp.
• Keep your policy documents handy as well. The hospital may ask for the pre-authorisation form and an ID.

How to order

1. Keep a clear file of your Care Health card, for example the PDF you downloaded from the insurer.
2. Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
3. We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.
