Staff ID Card Printing: what you get

A PVC Staff ID Card for each member of your team, printed with the names, photos and details you give us. We print them as you send them. Each order is made for you, so the price depends on the card shape and quantity and we quote it after you send the details.

What to send us

• Your organisation name and logo, as a PDF or a high-resolution PNG.
• For each person: full name, designation or department, employee ID, and a clear passport-style photo against a plain background.
• Anything else for the front or back, such as blood group, a helpline number or a return address. Tell us on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is possible.
• The number of cards and the card shape you want.

Tips for a sharp print

• Send photos and logos as original files. On WhatsApp, send them as a Document, because a normal picture message is compressed and loses quality.
• A standard-size card at 300 dpi is about 1011 x 638 pixels. A logo or photo much smaller than the space it fills will look soft.
• Keep names and text away from the edges of the card so nothing is trimmed off.
• Check the spelling of every name and designation in your list. We print exactly what you send and cannot correct a mistake after printing.

How to order

2. We tell you the price and time for your order. The price depends on the shape and quantity.
3. We print your cards and ship them by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your cards to your WhatsApp number.

Payment, cancellation and support

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is made for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your cards arrive damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint them for free.
