KPKB Card PVC Card: what you get

A PVC print of your KPKB canteen card, made from the file you upload. We print it as it is. We do not edit, correct or change any detail. We are not the Ministry of Home Affairs or KPKB and we do not issue or change documents. This is a convenience copy of your own card.

Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar

KPKB stands for Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar, the central police canteens. A private information site (egovtschemes.com) lists those who can register as serving and retired personnel of the central armed police forces, central police organisations and state police forces, with spouses and dependent children generally included, and says the approved digital canteen card carries a QR code for verification at outlets. It advises checking the current guidelines on the official portal, and so do we. We do not register anyone or issue canteen cards.

Once you have your canteen card file, upload it and we will print it as it is. Canteens decide what they accept, so ask them before you rely on a printed copy.

Check these before you order

• Read the name, rank or relation and card number on your file against your original.
• Upload the original PDF, not a photo of a screen, so the QR code stays sharp.
• A printed card is a convenience copy. Ask whoever needs to see it what they will accept, and keep the original or your digital copy as well.

How to order

1. Keep a clear file of your KPKB card, for example the PDF you downloaded from the official portal.
2. Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
3. We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is made for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint it for free.
