UAN / EPFO Card PVC Card: what you get

A PVC print of your UAN card (also called the EPFO card), made from the PDF you upload. We print it as it is. We do not edit, correct or change any detail. We are not EPFO or the issuing authority, and we do not issue or change documents. The UAN card shows your Universal Account Number and member details. Our PVC print is a convenience copy and does not give it any extra official status.

How to get your UAN card PDF

1. Log in to the EPFO Member e-Sewa portal with your UAN, password and captcha. Your UAN must be activated first.
2. Open the View menu and choose UAN Card.
3. Check the details on screen, then click Download to save the PDF.

You can also download it in the UMANG app: sign in, open the EPFO services and choose Download UAN Card. Menu names on government portals can change, so follow the wording on the screen.

One UAN, every employer

Your UAN links your PF accounts to a single number, so the same number stays with you when you change jobs. That is why the card is worth keeping safe: it shows the one number you will quote to every new employer.

Check these before you order

• Upload the original PDF, not a photo of a screen.
• Read your name, UAN and date of birth on the file. We print exactly what is in your file and cannot correct a mistake after printing.

How to order

1. Download your UAN card PDF as shown above.
2. Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
3. We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.

Payment, cancellation and support

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is printed for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint it for free.
