KPKB MHA Canteen Card PVC Card: what you get

A PVC print of your KPKB canteen card (Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar card), made from the file you upload. We print it as it is. We do not edit, correct or change any detail. We are not KPKB or the Ministry of Home Affairs, and we do not issue canteen cards or grant canteen entitlement. This is a convenience copy of your own card. It does not entitle anyone to buy from a canteen, and a canteen may not accept a printed copy, so ask them first.

About KPKB

KPKB stands for Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar, the central police canteens. The Ministry of Home Affairs told the Rajya Sabha on 14 December 2022 that the Central Police Canteen had been renamed Kendriya Police Kalyan Bhandar. According to a March 2024 report, KPKBs serve serving and retired personnel of the Central Armed Police Forces, central police organisations and state police forces, and their families.

New, lost or corrected cards

Canteen cards and entitlement are handled by KPKB and your force, not by us. If your card is lost, expired or has a wrong detail, ask your unit or your nearest KPKB how to get a new or corrected card. Once you have a card you are entitled to, upload the file here.

Check these before you order

Read the name, rank or relation, and card number on your file against your original. We cannot correct a mistake after printing.
Upload the original file, not a photo of a screen. A PDF downloaded from the official portal prints sharpest.

How to order

Keep a clear file of your KPKB canteen card, for example the digital file or scan you hold.
Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.
