Employee ID Card Printing: what you get

PVC ID cards for your employees, printed with the names, photos and details you give us. We print them as you send them. Each order is made for you, so the price depends on the card shape and the number of cards, and we quote it after you send the details.

What an employee ID card usually carries

• Company name and logo.
• Employee photo, full name and employee code.
• Designation or department.
• Date of joining or a validity date, if you use one.
• On the back: a helpline or HR number, a return address and, if you want it, blood group.

Send your staff list as a sheet

The easiest way to order for many people is one spreadsheet with a column for each detail: name, employee code, designation, department, blood group. Send the photos as separate files and name each photo with the employee code, so every photo matches its row. This avoids mix-ups when there are many cards.

New joiners and reprints

Keep the design file we use for your first order. When a new person joins or a card is lost, send only the new details and ask us for a small reorder in the same design. The price is quoted for the quantity you ask for.

How to order

2. We tell you the price and time for your order. The price depends on the shape and quantity.
3. We print your cards and ship them by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your cards to your WhatsApp number.

Payment, cancellation and support

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is made for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your cards arrive damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint them for free.
