APAAR ID Card PVC Card: what you get

A PVC print of your APAAR ID card, made from the file you upload. We print it as it is. We do not edit, correct or change any detail. We are not the education department or your school, and we do not create APAAR IDs. This is a convenience copy of your own APAAR ID.

About the APAAR ID

APAAR is a 12-digit code for students under the One Nation, One Student ID initiative. It is meant to be a permanent digital student identity that stores academic records such as marksheets, degrees, certificates and co-curricular achievements.

How an APAAR ID is created

Your school creates it, not us. The student needs a PEN (the UDISE+ student identifier), and the name in UDISE+ must match the name on the Aadhaar. The school verifies the details with the student, and for a minor the parents give consent, which is voluntary. The ID is then generated and pushed to the student’s DigiLocker account. Your virtual APAAR ID card appears under Issued Documents in DigiLocker. Upload that file here.

Check these before you order

• Read the student name and the 12-digit APAAR ID on your file against your original. We cannot correct a mistake after printing.
• Upload the original file, not a photo of a screen. A PDF downloaded from the official portal prints sharpest.

How to order

1. Keep a clear file of your APAAR ID card, for example the PDF from your DigiLocker account.
2. Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
3. We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is printed for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint it for free.
