Driving licence PVC card: what you get

A driving licence PVC card is a PVC print of your driving licence, made from the file you upload. We print it as it is. We do not edit, correct or change any detail. We are not the transport department and we do not issue, renew or duplicate licences. This is a convenience copy of your own licence, in a size that fits a wallet. It does not replace the licence itself.

Which file gives the best print?

• A DigiLocker or mParivahan PDF (best). Both can hold a digital copy of your driving licence. A PDF keeps the text, photo and QR code sharp when it is printed at card size.
• A flat scan of your plastic or paper licence. Scan it at 300 dpi or higher with all four edges visible. At 300 dpi a card-size scan is about 1011 x 638 pixels, which is enough for a sharp print.
• Not a screenshot or an angled phone photo. Glare, shadows and tilt cannot be removed, and we do not retouch files.

Licences from every state

Driving licences are issued by the RTO of each state, and the layout of the card differs from state to state. Your licence number usually begins with your state code and RTO code. We print the file you send, so your state does not matter. Check these before you order

• Is the licence still valid? We print the file as it is and do not check validity. Renewal rules, fees and grace periods depend on the type of licence and your state. If yours needs renewing, renew it first through the Parivahan Sarathi portal or your RTO, then upload the updated file.
• Read the name, date of birth, licence number and vehicle classes on your file against your original. We cannot correct a mistake after printing.
• We do not print on chip cards. If your licence has a chip, only the chip image is printed.
• A printed card is a convenience copy. Ask whoever needs to see your licence what they will accept, and carry the original or your DigiLocker copy as well.

How to order

2. Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
3. We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is printed for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint it for free.
