Kerala RC (Vehicle Registration Certificate) PVC Card: what you get

A PVC print of your Kerala RC (Vehicle Registration Certificate), made from the file you upload. We print it as it is. We do not edit, correct or change any detail. We are not the transport department and we do not issue or change documents. This is a convenience copy of your own RC. It is not a new or duplicate RC.

Kerala RCs are now digital

According to an Onmanorama report of 2 March 2025, Kerala’s Motor Vehicles Department began issuing digital RCs for applications received from 1 March 2025, and applicants are told to download their RC from DigiLocker. If your RC is a DigiLocker or Parivahan copy and you would like a card-size print for your wallet, upload that file. If you hold a printed RC, upload a flat scan of it.

How to get your RC from DigiLocker

1. Sign in to DigiLocker, or create an account with your mobile number.
2. Search for the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and choose Vehicle Registrations.
3. Enter your registration number and the other details it asks for, then save the PDF.

Menu names on government portals can change, so follow the wording on the screen.

Check these before you order

• Read the registration number, owner name and vehicle details on your file against your original. We cannot correct a mistake after printing.
• We do not print on chip cards. If your RC has a chip, only the chip image is printed.
• For a scan, keep all four edges visible and scan at 300 dpi or higher, which is about 1011 x 638 pixels at card size.

How to order

1. Keep your RC file ready.
2. Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
3. We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is printed for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint it for free.
