DigiLocker RC (Vehicle Registration Certificate) PVC Card: what you get

A PVC print of your Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC), made from the file you upload. We print it as it is. We do not edit, correct or change any detail. We are not the transport department and we do not issue or change documents. This is a convenience copy of your own RC. It is not a new or duplicate RC.

How to get your RC from DigiLocker

1. Log in to the DigiLocker website or app and open Issued Documents.
2. Choose Get More Issued Documents and select the Ministry of Road Transport (or search for vehicle registration).
3. Enter your registration number and chassis number, then choose Get Document.
4. Download the RC from Issued Documents and upload it here.

These steps follow Aditya Birla Capital (updated December 2025) and Zurich Kotak (September 2026). Menu names can change, so follow the wording on the screen. Once saved, the RC can be viewed offline in the DigiLocker app, according to Aditya Birla Capital.

Why the DigiLocker PDF prints best

The DigiLocker RC is a clean digital file, so the text and QR code stay sharp at card size, unlike a screenshot or a photo of a card. Read the registration number, owner name and vehicle details on the file before you order.

Check these before you order

• We do not print on chip cards. If your RC has a chip, only the chip image is printed.
• Read the registration number, owner name and vehicle details on your file against your original. We cannot correct a mistake after printing.
• A printed card is a convenience copy. Ask whoever needs to see it what they will accept, and keep the original or your digital copy as well.

How to order

1. Keep a clear file of your RC, such as a DigiLocker PDF where your state provides one.
2. Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
3. We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.

Payment, cancellation and support

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is printed for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint it for free.
