Indian Railway Divyangjan Card PVC Card: what you get

A PVC print of your Indian Railway Divyangjan card, made from the file you upload. We print it as it is. We do not edit, correct or change any detail. We are not Indian Railways and we do not issue or renew Divyangjan cards. This is a convenience copy. Whether a ticket counter or conductor accepts a printed copy is for them to decide, so ask first.

About the Divyangjan card

Indian Railways introduced an online process for the Divyangjan passenger smart card in late 2024, which started as a pilot in the Mumbai, Secunderabad and Chennai divisions and then spread to other zones, as reported by EastMojo on 24 December 2024. People with visual impairments, hearing and speech disabilities, mental challenges or orthopaedic handicaps can apply for a new photo ID card or renew one. The card is used to get concessional tickets: reserved tickets at counters or on IRCTC, and unreserved tickets at counters or on the UTS mobile app.

Applying or renewing online

Applications are made on the Divyangjan ID portal, which also has a user guide. You can track your application and download the digital ID card after approval. We do not issue or renew cards. Rules can change, so confirm the current process on the portal. Once you have the file, upload it here.

Check these before you order

• Read the name and card number on your file against your original. We cannot correct a mistake after printing.
• Upload the original file, not a photo of a screen. A PDF downloaded from the official portal prints sharpest.

How to order

1. Keep a clear file of your Divyangjan card, for example the digital ID card you downloaded from the official Divyangjan portal.
2. Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
3. We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is printed for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint it for free.
