CKYC Card PVC Card: what you get

A PVC print of your CKYC card, made from the file you upload. We print it as it is. We do not edit, correct or change any detail. We are not CERSAI and we do not register KYC or issue CKYC numbers. This is a convenience copy of your own CKYC details.

What is CKYC?

The Central KYC Records Registry (CKYCRR) is a central database of KYC records for customers in the financial sector, run by CERSAI. Its identifier, the CKYC number, has 14 digits. Once your KYC is registered, you can give your CKYC number to financial providers, such as those handling demat accounts, insurance or mutual funds, instead of submitting paper documents again, unless your details change.

Will a printed card be accepted?

A CKYC card carries your CKYC number so you have it at hand. Each financial provider decides what it accepts, so check with the provider that a printed card is enough. To change the details held in the registry, contact the institution that registered your KYC. We cannot change them.

Check these before you order

• Read your name and the 14-digit CKYC number on your file against your original. We cannot correct a mistake after printing.
• Upload the original file, not a photo of a screen. A PDF downloaded from the official portal prints sharpest.

How to order

1. Keep a clear file of your CKYC card or letter, for example the PDF you received from your bank or financial provider.
2. Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
3. We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.

Payment, cancellation and support

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is printed for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint it for free.
