Checking Your Name in the Voter List:

  1. Visit the Official Electoral Search Website:
  2. Search by Details or EPIC Number:
    • You can search for your name using your personal details or by your Electoral Photo ID Card (EPIC) number. The personal details method usually requires you to enter information such as your name, father’s/husband’s name, age, date of birth, state, and constituency.
  3. Enter Required Information:
    • Fill in the required fields with accurate information to ensure a successful search. If you’re using the EPIC number, make sure to enter it correctly.
  4. Submit the Search:
    • After entering your details or EPIC number, click on the search button. If your information matches the electoral roll records, your details should appear.
  5. Verify Details:
    • Once your details appear, verify them carefully. Ensure that all the information, including your name, address, age, and photo (if available), is correct.

Things to Note:

  • Accuracy: Ensure that all the information you enter matches your official documents to avoid discrepancies in search results.
  • Updates: Voter lists are regularly updated, especially close to elections. If you can’t find your name, it might be worth checking back later or contacting your local electoral office.
  • Privacy: Be cautious about entering personal information online and ensure you’re on the official government website to protect your privacy.
