West Bengal Ration PVC Card: what you get

A PVC print of your West Bengal e-ration card, made from the file you upload. Your details are printed as they appear in your file. We are not the West Bengal Food and Supplies Department and we do not issue ration cards or change card details. This is a convenience copy of your own e-ration card.

What the department says about the e-Ration Card

The West Bengal Food and Supplies Department describes the e-Ration Card as an individual PDF with the same rights and privileges as the Digital Ration Card. It says all authorities must accept it on par, and that a plain-paper printout or a copy on a phone is enough at the ration shop. It is available to people whose Aadhaar and mobile number are linked to the ration card, and an embedded QR code lets anyone verify it online. So who is a PVC card for?

Because the department says a paper printout is enough, a PVC card is optional. It is for people who want a sturdier card-size copy in the wallet. The department describes the e-Ration Card as an individual PDF, so if you want a card for each person, upload each person’s own PDF.

Check these before you order

• Read the e-ration card number and the name on your file against the original.
• Upload the PDF you downloaded, not a photo of a screen. A flat file keeps the QR code sharp.
• A printed card is a convenience copy. Ask whoever needs to see it what they will accept, and keep the original or your digital copy as well.

How to order

1. Download your e-ration card from the official WBPDS portal.
2. Add this product to your cart and upload the file at checkout.
3. We print your card, which usually takes about 72 hours. We try to dispatch it on the same day printing is finished, but the exact dispatch time depends on printing. We ship by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is made for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint it for free.
