IGNOU ID Card: what you get

A PVC print of an IGNOU student ID card, made from the details and photo you give us. We print them as you send them. We are not IGNOU and we do not issue ID cards. Send only your own genuine card details.

How an IGNOU student gets the ID card

Careers360 (updated 21 February 2026) says the IGNOU ID card is issued by the authorities of the respective IGNOU regional centre, and students download it once after fresh admission. It lists the card as showing the enrolment number, regional centre code, photo, programme, name and parents’ names, and says it is needed to enter the term-end exam hall. It also says that if you lose it you can download it again from the website or get a duplicate from the regional centre, which it says costs nothing. Rules can change, so confirm with your regional centre.

A card-size copy for daily use

The downloaded ID is usually printed on paper and laminated. A PVC print of the same card is a sturdier copy for your wallet. Check your name, enrolment number and programme on the file, because we print exactly what you send and the exam hall still checks the original.

3. We print your card and ship it by Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your card to your WhatsApp number.

Payment, cancellation and support

Payment is online only. We do not offer cash on delivery. Because every card is made for you, orders can be cancelled only before printing starts. Read our return, refund and cancellation policy. If your card arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we will reprint it for free.
