This page explains, once, how every PVC card order on pvccardprinting.in works: what to upload, what we print, how long it takes, how it ships, what it costs to pay and cancel, and what happens if something goes wrong. Every product page links here instead of repeating it.

1. What you upload

We print the file you give us, exactly as it is. We do not edit, retouch, correct or complete any detail, and we are not the authority that issues any card. The best file is the PDF you downloaded from the official portal: DigiLocker, mParivahan or Parivahan for transport documents, UMANG or the scheme portal for health and welfare cards, the state food portal for ration cards, the Election Commission’s Voter Portal for the e-EPIC, and so on. A PDF keeps text, photos and QR codes sharp at card size.

If there is no PDF, a flat scan works: 300 dpi or higher, all four edges visible, no shadows. At card size that is about 1011 x 638 pixels. A phone photo taken at an angle, a screenshot or a photo of a screen does not work well, because glare and tilt cannot be removed and we do not retouch files.

Upload the front file in the first upload box at checkout. If you have a separate back-side file, upload it in the second box. If one file contains both sides, upload it in the front box.

2. What we print

Every card is a standard CR80 PVC card, 85.60 mm x 53.98 mm (credit-card size), UV printed on both sides if you give us both sides, made by DM Incorporation in Yavatmal, Maharashtra. We do not print on chip cards: if the original has a chip, the printed card shows the chip image only and has no chip. A printed card is a convenience copy of your own document. It carries no official standing, so ask whoever needs to see the document what they will accept, and keep the original or the digital copy with you.

Special options such as card shapes, matte finish, RFID or NFC, a magnetic strip or larger quantities are made on request and may change the price. Ask on WhatsApp before ordering.

3. Printing time and dispatch

Printing usually takes about 72 hours from the time your payment and files are received. We try to dispatch on the same day printing finishes, but the exact dispatch time depends on the printing queue. Cards ship by India Post Speed Post. At dispatch we send the tracking number and photos of your finished card to the WhatsApp number on your order, so you can see the card before it reaches you. You can also use the track your order page.

Official ID cards for serving personnel (army, police and similar) are dispatched only to an office address. Orders for those cards with a home address are not dispatched.

4. Payment

Payment is online only, through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets). We do not offer cash on delivery. Prices on product pages include GST.

5. Cancellation, refunds and reprints

Because every card is printed for one person, an order can be cancelled only before printing starts. After that, it cannot be cancelled or returned. If your card arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the file you uploaded, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or an unboxing video, and we reprint it free of charge. A mistake that was already in your file (a wrong name, an old address, a cut-off number) is not a misprint, so please check your file before you upload it. The full policy is in our return, refund and cancellation policy.

6. Your data

Uploaded files are used only to print your card and are deleted from our server automatically after 20 days. We do not share them with anyone. See the privacy policy.
